General

• Aisthetik (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is engaged in providing customized creative products, including but not limited to polaroids, magnets, stickers, T-shirts, mugs, and related print products.
• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our Site.
• By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Orders & Payments

• All orders placed on our Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices listed on our Site are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors, including Razorpay.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production will begin.

Customized Orders & Photo Uploads

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the photos or designs uploaded are accurate, legally owned, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Uploaded photos are used exclusively for order fulfillment and are deleted within 30 days after completion (see Privacy Policy for details).
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, such as low resolution, wrong spelling, or incorrect details.

Shipping & Delivery

• We work with trusted delivery partners to ship products across India.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
• Once an order is dispatched, delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customized products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect caused during production or delivery.
• Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
• If a replacement is approved, we will reproduce and resend the product. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion.
• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after production has started.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including logos, branding, product images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Aisthetik.
• Customers retain rights to the photos they upload but grant us a limited license to use them solely for fulfilling their order.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Aisthetik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Uploading unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Attempting to disrupt or misuse the Site or Services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
