- We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may not be possible. In such cases, our team will contact you with alternative options.

- All orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Since our products are custom-made, the typical processing time is 2โ3 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
- Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timelines
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3โ7 business days, depending on your location.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout but may vary based on courier partner performance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or natural events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Free shipping offers may be available during promotions or above certain order values (if applicable).
Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier partnerโs website using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will usually make two to three attempts for delivery.
- If the package is not accepted or delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, the order will be marked as undeliverable.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing videos with no cut.
- If the package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
