Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aisthetik, each product is carefully crafted and customized based on your photos and specifications. Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, we follow a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
• Once your order moves into the production stage, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hey@aisthetik.in with your order details.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only if your order is cancelled before production, cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, or if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns & Replacements

• Since products are customized, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, or spelling/design errors provided by the customer.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hey@aisthetik.in with supporting photos/videos.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• If incorrect photos, text, or details were uploaded by the customer.
• If the product is delivered correctly as per the order specifications.
• If the customer fails to provide correct shipping information, causing delivery failure.
• If the request for refund/replacement is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Delays

We work with trusted courier partners. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by logistics providers, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
